I've of toilets in restaurants that have halls that are one way windows... so the ppl in the toilet can see out into the restaurant, but they can't see it... weird stuff
Wacko, huh? I'd like to try to go in one of those "see out not in" bathrooms just to see what it's like. I don't think I'd be brave enough to go, though. Haha.
