I'm very happy to say that I have successfully switched over to the Blogger Beta. It's nice! I've already deleted 25 spam comments, which is one thing that is much easier to do in the Beta.
I would suggest that anyone use my backup procedure before switching. I (fortunately) didn't have any glitches during the switch, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
