I just made a call to Sprint/
Nextel's customer care like I do once or twice a week every week for some kind of change. I spoke with Natalie there. I don't know her last name, but she has to have been the cheeriest of all the reps I've talked to there - and I've made lots of calls. She spoke well and clearly, and had a smile in her voice. It was an entirely pleasant call. So if anyone from Sprint or
Nextel reads this, Natalie is doing a great job. :)
